The first part deals with the theoretical background. These are further applied in the second part, which is focused on the analytical part. The final part of the work is devoted to the creation of the business plan itself, based on knowledge, data and facts from the analytical part.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the construction desing of workout park specialized for exercises with own body weight. It consists of a several solutions of workout park. One of this solution is developed according to functionality and materials. Finally, some results of these solutions are comparated and evaluated to choose the best one by expenses.

Title: Street workout as part of a healthy lifestyle. Objectives: The aim of the work is the analysis of strenghtening with own body weight and his inclusion through movement form street workout to regular physical aktivity as part of healthy lifestyle and prevent malfunctions in the area of the back muscles. Methods: Searches relevant scientific literature, articles and documents on the Internet. Results: Through the analysis of body weight training, it was found that street workout is under certain conditions, a suitable and attractive form of exercise that can be included among regular physical activities. This form of exercise together with the created stack of exercises could attract those interested in this type of physical activity not only because of its attractiveness and availability, but also as a prevention of a number of diseases related to the area of the back muscles. Common characteristics of calisthenics as a relatively new sport and gymnastics

Title: Common characteristics of calisthenics as a relatively new sport and gymnastics Purposes: Based on literary research and own experiences profile the penetration between gymnastics and calisthenics as a relatively new sport. Find out the views of trainers and racers in calisthenics on the use of gymnastics training for this new sport through the questionnaire survey and design a structured movement program for beginners using selected blocks of gymnastic motor-functional training. Methods: This diploma thesis is of non-experimental character. To obtain the necessary data were used methods of literature research, observation method and especially questionnaire method, which was applied to a group of 55 respondents. Data were processed in Excel into graphs. Results: The conclusions of the questionnaire survey were presented in the form of well-arranged graphs and testify about the interest of calisthenics trainers and competitors in gymnastic training. The proposed structured motion program is based on the conclusions of the literary research and own experience. It draws mainly on selected blocks from gymnastic motor- functional training and in each of the selected blocks are presented demonstration exercises with description and photo documentation. Street workout as a sport for all

Title: Street workout as a sport for all Objectives: The goal is to analyze street workout in terms of availability, adequacy and safety of training. Methods: Searches relevant scientific literature, articles and documents on the Internet. Results: The analysis carried out street workout based on a expert literature search and an article on the internet, it was found that street workout is becoming a more and more affordable way for people to actively spend their leisure time. I have also made a research of possible injuries related to working out and listed their adequate prevention. The safety of the constructions is ensured by the European standards, which have to be followed when constructing new playgrounds. Finally I verified the variability of basic bodyweight exercises, which were created in different difficulty options. Subsequently, three model training programs for individuals with different abilities were made. Using our own body as the only weight for exercise rather limits the choice of exercises. Moreover, working out using only our own weight does not enable us to regulate the lifted weight. However, it can be changed by selecting a different method of workout (for example changing the lever during exercise). This compensates adequately the lack of added weight. Keywords: street...
